Refund Policy

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

At EVOO ACANTO SL, we strive to offer extra virgin olive oils of the highest quality. Although our products are perishable foods and cannot be returned once opened or tampered with, we do accept returns in the specific cases described below.

2. ACCEPTED REASONS FOR RETURN

Returns will only be accepted if the product presents any of the following issues:

  • The bottle arrived broken or visibly damaged.

  • The oil is in poor condition due to manufacturing or preservation defects prior to delivery.

3. RETURN PROCESS

If any of the above circumstances occur, the customer must notify EVOO ACANTO SL within a maximum of 48 hours from the receipt of the order by emailing msantiago@aceitesacanto.es, including:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos clearly showing the defective condition of the product

Once the request is received and the issue verified, the product will either be replaced or a full refund of the amount paid will be issued, as preferred by the customer.

4. CONDITIONS FOR REFUND

  • The product must be unopened and in its original sealed packaging (except in cases where defects were detected before opening).

  • EVOO ACANTO SL will cover the return shipping costs, provided the reason for the return is attributable to the company.

5. EXCLUSIONS

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Damages caused by improper or negligent use by the customer.

  • Opened or tampered products, with or without original packaging.

  • Claims made after the 48-hour period following receipt of the order.
