I’m currently the Manager of EVOO ACANTO SL, and my mission is to bring the quality of Spanish olive oil to the international market.
I have a deep love for the countryside and olive trees—something I inherited from my father and grandfather.
My professional journey in China inspired me to continue our family brand with the goal of offering a high-quality olive oil with a strong added value: its nutritional benefits.

The International Olive Council (IOC) has already approved an official method for analyzing polyphenols, and the European Union, in its list of authorized health claims, has included those found in olive oil as a beneficial substance.
An oil is considered high in polyphenols when the concentration exceeds 5 mg per 20 g of oil (250 mg/kg).
